The people closest to a problem should have a meaningful role in solving it. City Hall should make participation useful, transparent, and connected to action.
This is a working campaign direction that will continue to develop through community conversations.
What this means

- Participatory budgeting that gives residents a direct voice
- Regular Mayor in Your Neighborhood listening sessions
- Public action reports that show what happened after engagement
